The Moravian Church through the ages tells the story of the Moravian Church through more than five and a half centuries: how the late medieval world prepared the way for its beginning in 1457, how it flourished in the 1500s and was reduced to a „hidden seed“ in the 1600s, how it found renewal in the 1700s and 1800s, and how it has grown and spread its mission through the twenty-firts century and its 550th Anniversary. Portrayed in the book are key persons in the Moravian Church`s history: John Hus, the Bohemian marty, John Amos Comenius, the educational pioneer; and Count  Nicholas Ludwig von Zinzendorf, whose patronage enabled and shaped the church`s renewal. This revised edition brings the work up to date and reflects the present Moravian Church`s mission throughout the world.
